My philosophy

The deep beliefs that affect all of my work

"When I change, the world changes."

 

It's a Japanese proverb that I live by every day.

What that means is that we don't see the world as it is; we see it as we are. What happens in our outer world is mainly a mirror of what happens in our inner world (i.e. our wounds, emotions, beliefs). 

Deep and lasting change comes from the inside out.

We cannot shame our way into change

 

Real impact cannot be achieved with shame, blame or criticism.

They create resistance, drain the nervous system and you will likely revert back to your old ways in no time. 

Instead, profound transformation happens when we are able to meet ourselves with genuine curiosity and kindness. For real.

Most of our problems are "surface problems". 

 

Your boss painful relationship with your boss or your procrastination are annoying, I understand. 

And yet, in many cases, these things can be the reflection of something deeper, that we shoved under the rug and that keeps driving our reactions in the background. 

Heal the root cause, and the rest will often resolve peacefully. 

That means I don't believe in quick fixes and empty promises of "in 3 sessions with me, you'll become a golden unicorn".

Typical sessions

​During a typical session, ​

â–· You come with a topic you want to address (usually, something that bothers you): 

â–· We dive into the real causes and challenges with Internal Family Systems

â–· We process what needs to be processed (emotions, nervous system activation, shame, trauma, beliefs...) with IFS, Brainspotting or other somatic techniques

â–· You implement actions and practices in-between sessions and allow time for integration

â–· You observe what is changing and what still needs to be processed furthermore

â–· We explore furthermore during our next session until we have completed the cycle.

Standard Rate

This is my current baseline rate — a fair reflection of the time, presence, and care I bring to each session. 

If you’re able to meet your basic needs comfortably and spend on some non-essentials (like leisure, wellness, or travel), this rate may be a good fit for you.

70€ - 1h session 

+ 15€ per additional 15min

ONLINE SESSIONS ONLY

At the moment, I’m not offering in-person sessions in order to ensure consistent, high-quality support while I travel frequently. 

Most of my clients find online sessions just as qualitative as face-to-face sessions as I take care to nurture a deep and genuine connection. Online setting can even be more helpful for some people, as it allows a safe sense of distance that can be quite beneficial in some cases.
