You & Others
Connections and relationships challenges
* Finding your right place and daring to shine in a group
* Difficulty creating and maintaining deep, meaningful relationships
* Falling consistently for "the wrong ones"
* Healing the leftover pain of polyamourous and open-relationships
You & Yourself
Self-confidence
Your inner voice is a harsh critic, you're a perfectionist, afraid of failure and judgment, and what you do is never good enough.
Loss of meaning & aliveness
Life doesn't feel as joyful and exciting and waking up on Monday is getting harder and harder
Chronic stress
You're constantly under pressure, running from one thing to another, and your body doesn't seem to follow as well as it used to.
While all of these topics might seem like vastly different from one another, they often have the same root :
(not so) "ordinary" and relational trauma and nervous system dysregulation.
My philosophy
The deep beliefs that influence all of my work

1 When I change, the world changes
It's a Japanese proverb that I live by every day.
What that means is that we don't see the world as it is; we see it as we are.
Your boss painful relationship with your boss or your procrastination are annoying, I understand.
And yet, in many cases, these things can be the reflection of something deeper (i.e. a wound, emotion, or belief), that we shoved under the rug and that keeps driving our reactions in the background.
Deep and lasting change comes from the inside out.
Heal the root cause, and the rest will often resolve peacefully.
That means I don't believe in quick fixes and empty promises of "in 3 sessions with me, you'll become a golden unicorn" but in deep, profound self-exploration.

2 We cannot shame our way into change
Real impact cannot be achieved with shame, blame or criticism.
They create resistance, drain the nervous system and you will likely revert back to your old ways in no time.
And yet, I'm ready to bet your internal dialogue isn't exactly kind and compassionate, am I right?
Instead, profound transformation happens when we are able to meet ourselves with genuine curiosity and kindness. For real.

3 Traditional talk therapy is not enough

"I went to therapy for years and not much has changed"
Personally, I stopped counting the amount of people who said that to me. And I believe them.
Talk therapy is great on many levels: it will help you understand what happened to you, reframe how you look at your past, and it's already a great thing.
But once you hit a trauma, even a so-called minor one, you hit a wall. Because you cannot talk your way out of an emotional or physiological wound.
If you want real healing, you need a form of therapy that includes a "release component", and for that, you'll need to work in one way or another with the body and the nervous system. And then, everything starts to change.
Great news, I've got many modalities in my toolbox that allow for that release to happen.

Typical sessions
During a typical session,
â–· You come with a topic you want to address (usually, something that bothers you):
â–· We dive into the real causes and challenges with Internal Family Systems
â–· We process what needs to be processed (emotions, nervous system activation, shame, trauma, beliefs...) with IFS, Brainspotting or other somatic techniques
â–· We identify actions and tools to practice in-between sessions
â–· You implement and allow time for integration
â–· You observe what is changing and what still needs to be processed furthermore
â–· We explore furthermore during our next session until we have completed the cycle and you are satisfied with the real-life impact.

Standard Rate
This is my current baseline rate — a fair reflection of the time, presence, and care I bring to each session.
If you’re able to meet your basic needs comfortably and spend on some non-essentials (like leisure, wellness, or travel), this rate may be a good fit for you.

70€ - 1h session
+ 15€ per additional 15min
Online Sessions Only
At the moment, I’m not offering in-person sessions in order to ensure consistent, high-quality support while I travel frequently.
Most of my clients find online sessions just as qualitative as face-to-face sessions as I take care to nurture a deep and genuine connection. Online setting can even be more helpful for some people, as it allows a safe sense of distance that can be quite beneficial in some cases.
If you're unsure whether this could work for you, let's talk about it.
